Programme terms — draft, finalised in your signed term sheet.

The grant

5 % of Belmundo common-stock equivalent, vested. 1-year cliff, then linear monthly vest across 3 further years (4 years total). Issued as either restricted shares, options, or a SAFE — the exact instrument is named in your term sheet on acceptance. Not legal or tax advice.

What you commit to deliver — through the World Cup window

Minimum cadence: 2 feed posts + 4 stories per week, every week between 2026-06-11 (kickoff) and 2026-07-19 (final). At least one post per week must use the in-app share card. All Belmundo-related content must tag @belmundoapp. Be available for one 60-minute founder Zoom per month. Recruit at least 25 friends to install the app via your personal invite link in the first 30 days.

Brand commitment (non-negotiable)

No betting, gambling, odds, wagers, stakes, or money-game language in any Belmundo-related content. No use of FIFA, World Cup official marks, or implied sanctioning. No paid promotion of competitor prediction apps that take real money. Belmundo reserves the right to ask you to remove off-brand content; refusal is grounds for paused vesting.

Underperform / ghost clause

Four consecutive weeks of zero Belmundo-related activity puts your vesting on review. We always reach out first to ask if life happened. Genuine pause (injury, family, burnout) → vesting continues, deliverables reset. Walk-away → vesting freezes at whatever has cliffed.

Content & IP

You own everything you post. You grant Belmundo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to repost, screenshot, and quote your Belmundo-related content for marketing. This licence survives if you leave the programme.

No conflict

Notify Belmundo at least 14 days before signing any sponsorship, equity grant, or formal partnership with a soccer-prediction, sports-prediction, or sports-betting app. We never block you from working with anyone — we just need to know.

Confidentiality

Product roadmap, internal metrics, cap table, and unreleased features stay private. You can talk about anything we’ve already published. If you’re unsure, ask Simon.

Mutual at-will exit

Either side can end the relationship at any time, for any reason, with 14-days written notice. Vesting continues on whatever has cliffed; nothing further vests after the exit date.

Governing law & disputes

Jurisdiction is named in your signed term sheet. Disputes resolved first by direct conversation between you and a founder, then by mediation if needed.

Updates to these terms

Belmundo may update these programme terms with 14-days notice. Material changes (anything affecting your equity, deliverables, or brand commitments) require your re-signature on a new term sheet.

I’ve read the programme terms (v2026-06-05) and understand they’re a draft summary — the binding terms come in the signed term sheet on acceptance.

No second cohort. No backfill. The World Cup happens every four years, and there’s exactly one founding round. We read applications in the order they land and pass the seat to the next name on the list when we have to.

Not a creator with a big-enough audience for an equity seat? We also run a Paid Creator program — paid per post, no equity, for soccer micro/mid creators (50–200K).
